基于PSR模型的土地利用系统健康诊断与时间演化特征

摘  要:
以成都市天府新区为研究区域,基于PSR模型理论,采用主成分分析法建立土地利用系统健康评价体系,开展土地利用系统健康诊断,并深入分析其时间演化特征。结果表明,2004-2011年天府新区土地利用系统健康水平不断提高,综合指数由44.72上升到84.72,健康等级由"临界水平"转变为"健康";系统压力指数呈波状上升,状态指数平稳上升,响应指数起伏频率较大,系统响应不稳定;系统响应指数在时间演化特征上呈现负相关差异性特点。因此,为促进土地利用系统持续保持健康水平,需加大以"招、拍、挂"方式为主的土地市场配置力度,提高对污水、固体废弃物的利用与处理水平,加强水土流失治理工作。

摘  要:
Tianfu new area of Chengdu city was taken as the study area, principal component analysis was used to establish health evaluation system of landuse system to carry out health diagnosis of land use system and indepth analysis of its temporal evolution based on PSR theoretical ideas. The pressure index rose in a fluctuating way and went up smoothly. The results showed that the composite index rose from 44.72 to 84.72, from critical level to healthy level.The response index had a high frequency and unstable system. It had negative coefficient and difference on the characteristics of time evolution. In order to keep the healthy level of land use system, it was advised to strengthen the market of arrangement and improve the utilization and treatment level to enhance the administration work of water and soil loss.
