摘  要：
行政相对人王某涉嫌一起跨省未经指定检查站报验的动物产品案。经立案调查,认定王某违反了《吉林省无规定疫病区建设管理条例》中关于通过公路从省外输入动物产品的,货主或者承运人应当向输入地省人民政府设置在指定通道的公路动物卫生监督检查站报验的规定,经研究决定对王某罚款3 000元。本案提示应通过完善法律规章、做好普法教育、提高信息化水平等措施,进一步提升动物卫生行政执法监管水平。

摘  要：
According to Regulations on Construction of Specified Animal Disease Free Zone in Jilin Province,under the situation of trans-provincial transportation of animal products by highway,the owner or carrier should submit an application of inspection to Highway Animal Health Supervision Stations located in specified sites designated by Provincial government. Recently,Wang was suspected of transporting animal products without inspection submission. After investigation and analysis,Wang was fined 3000 yuan(RMB). At last,for further enhancing the administration law enforcement level of animal health,several pieces of advice were given,such as perfecting laws and regulations,popularizing law education and enhancing informatization level.
