不同胎粪稀释液处理对禽白血病病毒ELISA抗原检测的影响

摘 要：
为研究不同胎粪样品稀释液处理胎粪后对禽白血病病毒p27抗原检测的影响，保证胎粪样品的检出率和检测的准确性，本试验利用禽白血病病毒ELISA抗原检测技术对ZOOKO胎粪样品稀释液、IDEXX样品稀释液和PBS缓冲液处理的胎粪样品进行检测。结果显示：ZOOKO胎粪样品稀释液、IDEXX样品稀释液和PBS缓冲液处理的胎粪样品阳性率分别为58%、54%和42%。通过试验说明ZOOKO胎粪样品稀释液有较高的临床应用价值，有助于提高阳性样本的检出率，为禽白血病净化胎粪样品检测提供更高效的商品化处理试剂，为临床检测提供可靠的数据支撑。

摘 要：
To study the effect of treating meconium with different diluents of meconium samples on the detection of avian leukemia virus p27 antigen, and to ensure the detection rate and accuracy of meconium samples, this experiment uses the avian leukemia virus ELISA antigen detection technology to detect ZOOKO meconium sample diluents, IDEXX sample diluents, and PBS buffer treated meconium samples. The results showed that the positive rates of ZOOKO meconium sample diluent, IDEXX sample diluent, and PBS buffer treated meconium samples were 58%, 54%, and 42%, respectively. Through experiments, it has been demonstrated that ZOOKO meconium sample diluent has high clinical application value, which helps to improve the detection rate of positive samples, provide more efficient commercial processing reagents for the detection of purified meconium samples from avian leukemia, and provide reliable data support for clinical testing.
