摘 要：
四棵树河冬季突发性洪水的形成与气候状况密切相关,均出现在低温年份(月份)。洪水发生前,气温常急剧下降,并由于上游河冰湖形成,河水流量会陡然减少。洪水多在急剧降温后的一星期内暴发,洪峰大小与河水流最减少强度有关。

摘 要：
14 outburst floods from Four—tree River had been occurred since 1970. The formation of the outburst flood was related to the change of climate. Most of them were occurred in the year (month) in which the temperature were lower than usual. The temperature reduced abruptly and the river flow decreased speedly before the occurrence of those floods.The statistics of the occurring time of flooding and the varying intensity of flooding
peak were made. After the decreasing of temperature the flood would be occurred between 5 to 7 days and the size of flooding peak was related to the intensity of reducing of the river flow.
