摘要：

GPS/MET探测具有探测精度高、全天候等诸多优点,受到许多国家气象部门的高度重视.湖南省气象局将与湖南省国土资源厅合作,在全省建立93个GPS/MET站.重点针对湖南建设实际,对站点布局和共享服务平台设计进行探讨,提出了科学有效的信息共享实现方案.

摘要：

With the positive features of accurateness and 24-hour service,GPS/MET detection is significantly concerned by meteorological departments in many countries.93 GPS/MET stations will be set up under the corporation of Hunan Provincial Meteorological Department and Hunan Provincial Land and Resource Administration Department.After a brief introduction of the basic principle of GPS/MET detection and data application of GPS/MET,there is a probe into the GPS/MET sites layout and the design of detection GPS/MET Data Share-and-exchange Platform,followed by a proposal of a scientific available data sharing scheme.
