摘  要:
[目的]探讨中草药复方制剂对禽新城疫及禽流感H5亚型免疫抗体水平的影响。[方法]通过测定中草药复方饲料添加剂对免疫禽新城疫及禽流感疫苗的鸡血清抗体水平,评价天然中草药饲料添加剂的使用价值,筛选最佳剂量。[结果]复方制剂I号和复方制剂Ⅱ号均能显著提高新城疫、禽流感的免疫抗体水平(P<0.05),其中复方制剂I号效果优于复方制剂Ⅱ号(P<0.05)。复方制剂I号能够有效延长新城疫、禽流感免疫抗体消长水平,其中中等剂量组(0.50 ml/kg)效果最佳。[结论]该研究可为中草药复方饲料添加剂的开发为提供一定的理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to discuss the effects of Chinese herbal medicine preparation on the antibody level of chicken immunized with avian newcastle disease(ND) and H5subtype of avian influenza(AI) vaccines. [Method]The antibody level in the serum of chicken immunized with avian newcastle disease(ND) and H5subtype of avian influenza vaccines was determined. The application value of natural Chinese herbal additive was evaluated and the optimum dose was screened out. [Result]Chinese herbal preparation I andⅡcould significantly improve the antibody level of avian ND and AI(P < 0. 05). The effect of Chinese herbal preparation I was better than Chinese herbal preparation Ⅱ(P <0. 05). Chinese herbal preparation I could effectively prolong the dynamics of ND and AI antibody level and the effect of it at middle dose was the best. [Conclusion]The research could provide some theoretical basis for the development of Chinese herbal feed additive.
