平凉市退耕还林做法与成效

摘  要：
退耕还林工程增绿增效,惠农惠民。平凉市实施两轮退耕还林工程以来,生态面貌剧变,林果产业蓬勃发展。在退耕还林工程建设中,平凉市的主要做法是严把设计、启动、栽植、管护、督查和资金使用六个环节,坚持生态与经济、绿化与美化、规模化与多样性、植树造林与生态旅游四个结合。全市退耕还林工程成效显著,主要表现在主导生态建设,助推产业结构调整,带动林果产业,支撑农民脱贫致富和生态文化建设。

摘  要：
The project of land retirement increases green covering and economic efficiency,benefiting farmers and the people.Since the implementation of two rounds of land retirement project in Pingliang city,the ecological situation has changed dramatically and the forest fruit industry has developed vigorously.In the construction of the project,the main practice of Pingliang city is to strictly design,start,planting,management and protection,supervision and fund use of six links,adhere to the four combination of ecology and economy,greening and beautification,scale and diversity,afforestation and ecological tourism.The city's land retirement project has achieved remarkable results,mainly manifested in leading ecological construction,boosting the adjustment of industrial structure,driving the forest fruit industry,supporting farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich,and finally improving ecological culture construction.
