四川某猪场仔猪腹泻病的病原学诊断

摘  要：
四川省双流区某商品猪场的5~10日龄仔猪暴发腹泻,且传播迅速,为查明病因,我们采集腹泻仔猪肛拭子15份,用RT-PCR分别检测猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪A群轮状病毒(GARV)、传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)和猪Delta冠状病毒(PDCoV)。结果显示:样本的总阳性率为14/15,其中PEDV、GARV的阳性数分别为11、8,双阳性数为5,而TGEV和PDCoV未检出,说明该猪场仔猪腹泻由PEDV及GARV感染引起,且PEDV和GARV混合感染的情况较为严重。

摘  要：
There were many piglets of 5~10 days-old occuring diarrhea in a commercial pig farms in Shuangliu,Sichuan,and it spreaded rapidly. In order to find out the causes,15 diarrhea anal swab samples were collected,and pig epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),rotavirus(GARV),infectious gastroenteritis virus(TGEV),pig Delta coronavirus(PDCoV) were detected by RT-PCR methods. The results showed that the total positive rate of samples was 14/15, the positive number of PEDV and GARV were 11 and 8, double positive number was 5, TGEV and PDCoV were not checked out, which meaned that piglet diarrhea was mainly caused by mixed infection of PEDV and GARV,and it was very serious.
