福建龙岩地区部分猪场衣原体病的血清流行病学调查

摘  要：
对采自福建龙岩地区15个猪场的2313份血清用间接血凝试验进行猪衣原体的抗体检测。结果表明,衣原体在龙岩地区的感染率27.71%,各猪场之间的感染率有所差异,抗体阳性率在16.67%～58.62%之间,不同种群之间衣原体差异极显著(P<0.01),且感染有随胎次增加的趋势。其中成年公猪群最高53.03%,其次为成年母猪群45.92%,不同育肥群之间无显著差异(P>0.05),不同品种之间衣原体感染也存在差异,一元纯种猪群与二元杂交猪群之间差异显著(P<0.05)。

摘  要：
2313 sera samples were collected from 15 farms in Longyan for examining antibody against C.psitaci using an IHA test.The results showed that the infection of C.psitaci in swine in Longyan was widely existed,the positive rates of these sera were 27.71 percent;the positive rate of farms were 16.67 to 58.62 percent,the infection of Chlamydia between different populations were significantly different(P<0.01),and increasing with the increase of parities.The highest was 53.03 percent in adult boars,followed by 45.92 percent in adult sow groups.Between different finishing groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Between the different varieties,there were also different in Chlamydia infection,the difference between pure pig and hybrid pig was different(0.05
