绿鳍马面鲀大规格苗种网箱培育试验

摘  要:
为探讨绿鳍马面鲀(Thamnaconus septentrionalis Günther)大规格苗种网箱养殖效果,以海上近岸小型网箱为养殖平台,在水温20.0℃~26.0℃的条件下,以1.5月龄绿鳍马面鲀幼鱼为样本进行50 d的培育试验。结果显示:(1)初始平均体质量2.6 g、平均全长5.4 cm的小规格苗种增长达到平均体质量41.10 g、平均全长15.10 cm的大规格苗种,平均日增重量0.75 g/d。(2)全长与日龄呈线性关系:L=0.201 5 x+5.244 5(R~2=0.996 4)。体质量与日龄呈幂指数关系:W=3.151 8 e~(0.053 8 x)(R~2=0.982 4),平均体质量瞬时增长率为0.05%。(3)其全长与体质量呈指数关系,回归方程式为:W=0.770 5 e~(0.267 8 L)(R~2=0.991 8),表明体质量与全长呈正相关关系,为等比生长类型。(4)试验样本的体质量增长量与体质量瞬时增长率受温度影响较大,在水温20.0℃~23.0℃增重较快。研究表明:小规格绿鳍马面鲀苗种在海上近岸网箱生长速度快、饲料效率高、鱼病少、易于管理,培育的苗种可解决大网箱养殖大规格苗种短缺的燃眉之急,绿鳍马面鲀近岸网箱大规格苗种网箱培育是实现其走向大网箱或深远海养殖的一个重要桥梁。

摘  要:
In order to study the effect of cage cultivation of large-size Thamnaconus septentrionalis Günther,with offshore small cage as cultivation platform,Thamnaconus septentrionalis Günther of 1.5 month was taken as a sample for 50 days of cultivation experiment at water temperature of 20.0 ℃-26.0 ℃.The results showed that: 1) The small-size fry with initial average body mass of 2.6 g and average total length of 5.4 cm has grown to large-size fry with average body mass of 41.10 g and average total length of 15.10 cm,with average daily weight increase of 0.75 g.2)There was a linear relationship between the total length and the day-age: L=0.201 5x + 5.244 5(R~2=0.996 4).There was a power exponent relationship between the body mass and the day-age: W=3.151 8 e~(0.053 8 x)(R~2=0.982 4),with instantaneous rate of average body mass increase of 0.05%.3)There was an exponential relationship between the total length and the body mass,with the regression equation: W=0.770 5 e~(0.267 8 L)(R~2=0.991 8),indicating that the body mass was positively related to the total length,which was the geometric growth type.4)The body mass increase and the instantaneous rate of body mass increase of the sample were affected much by the temperature,and the weight increased quickly at 20.0 ℃-23.0 ℃.The study indicated that small-size Thamnaconus septentrionalis Günther grew fast,was fed efficiently,got less sick and was easy to be managed,so the cultivated fry could be used to solve the shortage of large-size fry cultivated in large cage.Offshore cage cultivation of large-size Thamnaconus septentrionalis Günther is an important bridge for its cultivation in large cage or deep sea.
