苦味苷降解菌的分离鉴定及其生长特性的研究

摘 要:
从长期堆放芦笋皮的土样中分离到两株能以苦味苷为唯一碳源生长的细菌。选择生长特性好的KWG-1作为研究对象,经初步鉴定该菌属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp.);该菌能完全矿化苦味苷,消除苦味,其生长最适温度为30℃,PH为7.0;该菌能以芦笋皮的甲醇浸提物为碳源生长,并使其中的苦味消失。

摘 要:
Twospecies ofbacteria,whichcould usebittersaponinas theonhycarbon source,wereobtainedfromthe soilwhereasparagus peelhadbeenheapedforalongtime.KWG -1,abacteriumof pseudomonasspecies,grewfast underoptimumtemperature30℃andpH7.0.Itcoulddecomposetheasparagu s peelandbeextractwithmethanolto make bitter ness disappear.
