油茶林养分管理的经济效益分析——以龙川万泰油茶示范林为例

摘  要：
养分管理对油茶低效林的改造及油茶林的增收都具有十分重要的意义。文中以龙川万泰油茶示范林为例进行了调查,对该案例的投资回收期、内部收益率和净现值等指标进行了静态与动态及不确定性分析,评价了油茶林养分管理的经济社会贡献。结果表明:该案例从第9年开始,累计净现金流量为正值,其投资回收期为8.9 a,净现值为301.1万元,内部收益率为14.1%,明显高于社会平均收益率9%。这一分析结果表明,建立集约化养分管理油茶经营方式,可以有效地提高林地产值,能加快山区茶农脱贫致富的步伐,具有显著的经济和社会效益。

摘  要：
Nutrient management plays a significant role in rebuilding and increased yield of low-yield Camellia oleiferaforest. The static status, dynamic status and uncertainty of payback period, internal return rate and net present value were analyzed, and socio-economic benefit of C. oleifera forest nutrient management were assessed, taking Wantai Demonstration C. oleifera Forest as a case. The results showed that the cumulative net cash flow was positive since the ninth year, the payback period was 8.9 a, and net present value was 3.011 million Yuan. The internal return rate was 14.1%, significantly higher than average social income rate(9%). The intensive nutrient management model of C. oleifera forest could effectively improve output value of forest land, speed up mountain farmers getting rid of poverty and becoming rich, and had significant socio-economic benefits.
