从农药的发展历史着眼,列举了农药作为天使和魔鬼的两面性以及农药不断更新的原因和新农药创制的艰巨性;从973项目的目标和内容入手,介绍了目前中国新农药创制的现状和发展前景;通过对农药基本知识的普及,帮助纠正人们对农药的偏见和误解,正确对待和使用农药。

摘  要：
Based on the development history of pesticides,two facets of pesticides as the angel or the devil were listed and the reason of replacement of pesticides and the difficulty of the research and development of novel pesticides was also introduced.Through the understanding of the target and content of 973 program,the situation of the research and development of novel pesticidesand prospects of development in China was introduced.At last,the basic knowledge of pesticide is explained so that the prejudice and misunderstanding to pesticides can be corrected and pesticides can be looked upon and used rightly.
