中国玉米种业形势和发展前景

摘  要：
加入世贸组织(WTO)10年,中国玉米种业发展成为农业领域市场化程度较好的产业之一,种业主体多元化格局基本形成,呈现从遍地开花到百强竞雄空前繁荣的局面。跨国公司在中国培育出高产优质的玉米品种,给中国种业的发展带来了挑战。中国玉米种子产业集中度不高、企业缺乏应对国际竞争的能力和经验、缺少具有竞争优势的核心品种以及玉米育种缺失宏观正确方向指导等是中国种业发展的瓶颈。国务院发布《关于加快推进现代农作物种业发展的意见》,对发展现代种业叙述全面,评价准确,方向清楚,为中国玉米种业未来10年展示美好的前景。

摘  要：
With its accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO) in 10 years,China's corn seed industry has become one of the best developing sectors in market degree of agricultural field.The pattern of diversified operators of seed industry has taken initial shape,and assume a newaspect as never before.Some of the maize varieties with high yield and high quality were bred by the transnational companies,this brings great challenge to China's corn seed industry.In China,there are a lot of hard nuts to crack about seed industry,include the concentration degree was not high,corporations lack competitive ability in international,few core varieties had a competitive advantage,the lack of macro-correct guidance and so on.Views on Accelerating the Development of Modern Crop Seed Industry was issued by State Council,there were the right direction,a detailed account,and the accurate evaluation in it.And it made a glorious future for China's corn seed industry over the next 10 years.
