长距离化工净化水排海管线检测与隐患等级划分

摘  要:
长距离输(排)水管线由于其管线长、重要性高、沿线地形条件复杂等因素,一直是检测的重点和难点.本文以茂名某长距离化工净化水排海管线为例,采用探地雷达和CCTV管道内窥仪对其进行检测,并以历史爆管位置雷达波形为评级标准对其隐患进行等级划分.结果表明:排海管线有结构性缺陷34处和功能性缺陷2处,探地雷达检测长度5071m,隐患总长度为656m.检测相关成果可供类似工程参考.

摘  要:
Long-distance pipeline has always been the focus and difficulty of detection because of its long pipeline, high importance and complex topographic conditions along the pipeline. Taking a long-distance chemical purified water discharge pipeline in Maoming as an example, this paper uses ground penetrating radar(GPR) and CCTV pipeline endoscope(CTV) to detect the pipeline, and classifies its hidden dangers according to the radar waveform of historical burst position. The results show that there are 34 structural defects and 2 functional defects in the discharge pipeline, and the detection length of ground penetrating radar is 5071 m, and the total hidden danger length is 656 m.The results can be used as reference for similar projects.
