香蕉树切碎还田机设计与试验研究

摘  要:
根据香蕉树分段进行无支撑切碎还田的半机械化工艺的设计思想,研制出一种液压驱动型香蕉树切碎样机。样机切割系统采用类似对辊式运动原理的切割方法,将圆盘锯齿刀均匀交叉分布于两条传动轴上,并利用液压作为动力源向切割系统传递动力。以此样机试验台进行了蕉树切割力学、影响因素、切碎合格率及功率试验等。结果表明:该样机切碎效果较好,功率较低,可以用于香蕉树切碎还田领域,是一种适合我国香蕉产区、结构简单、成本较低的香蕉树切碎还田方式。

摘  要:
According to the semi-mechanized process idea of banana tree unsupported chopped and recycling,a kind of hydraulic driven banana tree chopped is designed. Prototype cutting system is similar to mutual-roller-type,the disk sawtooth blades are staggeredly arranged on two shafts,and by using hydraulic as the power source to the cutting system.The experiment of cutting,influencing factor test,chopped pass rate test and power test were carried out on the prototype.The test results show that the prototype has good chopped effect and low power,which can be used in the field of banana tree recycling. It is a kind of recycling which is suitable for banana producing areas.
