摘 要：
对安徽省一季稻涝灾的主要致灾因子及其与一季稻产量的关系进行了分析。在此基础上,综合考虑降水量、雨日和作物实际蒸散等的作用,确定安徽省一季稻涝灾指标,构建反映一季稻涝灾程度的涝灾损失评估模型。

摘 要：
The major hazards to water logging and its correlativity with the yield of single-season rice were analyzed in this paper.The index of water logging disaster of single-season rice was determined by comprehensively considering precipitation,rain days and actual crop evapotranspiration.The assessment model that would reflect degree of single-season rice water logging disaster losses was built.
