摘 要：
PAP方法显示水牛消化道五羟色胺(5-HT)免疫反应细胞(EC细胞),以十二指肠最多(251/mm_2),直肠次之(217/mm_2),由十二指肠至结肠EC细胞密度逐渐减少,胃部EC细胞多为圆形或不规则形,颗粒均匀分布于核周围,细胞顶端一般不达腺腔。肠部EC细胞为长形或锥形,颗粒集中分布于细胞的基部,向顶端逐渐稀疏,顶端有明显的达到腺腔现象。

摘 要：
The 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) immunoreactive cells (EC cells) ofdigestive tract of buffalo were studied with PAP method. The EC cells were most numerousin the duodenum (251/mm~2) followed by rectum (217/mm~2). The cell density decreasedgradually from duodenum towards the colon. The gastric EC cells were oval or irregular inshape with the granules scattered evenly around the nucleus. The top of these cells did nousually reach the luminal. The intestinal EC cells were long or pyramidal in shape with thegranules concentrated in the bosic part of the cells. The cells were usually exposed to theuminal.
