机械式沼液沼渣出料车的研发

摘  要：
沼气的综合利用可以改善农村的生产、生活环境,降低生产成本,提高经济效益,它绿色环保,是发展农业低碳循环型经济的重要基础工程,是当前社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。沼气池使用中需要进行定期清池换料,以保持沼气池的产气效率,如人工作业,人员需下到沼气池内,既不卫生,而且费时费工,如操作不当还会危及人生安全,机械式沼液沼渣出料车(全文简称出料车)的研发成功解决了这些问题,同时该出料车还实现了将废弃沼液进行农田喷洒施肥作业的功能。

摘  要：
The comprehensive utilization of biogas can improve the production and living environment,reduce the production costs and improve the economic benefit in rural areas.It is green environmental protection.It is an important foundation of the development of the agricultural low-carbon circular economy and and also an important content of building a new socialist countryside at present.Cleaning the pond regularly to reload new material is needed so as to maintain the production efficiency of digester gas.If we adopt manually operation,people have to go into the biogas digester.It is no Hygiene but also consuming too much time in the process.It can endanger the safety of life if operated improperly.The development of the mechanical biogas slurry cinder bogie(referred to as cinder bogie for short in full text) can solve these problems.The cinder bogie can also spray the the biogas slurry wasted to feitilize the field.
