日本黄姑鱼人工育苗技术的初步研究

摘  要:
从国外引进日本黄姑鱼受精卵约1.2×106粒,孵出仔鱼约99.6×104尾,在水温18.0~23.5℃、盐度29.9~23.4、溶解氧6.5~7.9mg/L的条件下,历时40d,共培育出平均全长2.2~4.0cm的幼鱼约50.03×104尾,育苗成活率达41.7%。

摘  要:
About 99.6×104 larvaes are hatched from about 1.2×106 fertilization eggs of Nibea japonica imported from abroad.The water temperature is between 18.0~23.5 ℃and salinity between 29.9~23.4 and the oxygen is between 6.5~7.9 mg/L during the experiment.After 40 days,a total of about 50.03 thousand of young fish were reared,with average total length between 2.2 ~4.0 cm and survival rate 41.7 %.
