镧对汞胁迫下玉米幼苗膜脂过氧化的影响

摘  要:
探讨La促进植物生长、增强抗重金属的能力及机制。以玉米杂交种"郑单958"为材料,用不同浓度LaCl3(0.01,0.02,0.05,0.10mg/L)处理玉米幼苗2 d,再分别用含50 mg/L HgCl2的1/2 Hoagland营养液胁迫处理3 d,利用水培法对Hg胁迫下玉米幼苗的膜脂过氧化产物和保护酶系统进行研究。随着LaCl3浓度的升高,MDA和脯氨酸含量以及保护酶POD和CAT活性先下降后上升,说明适宜浓度的LaCl3降低了细胞内Hg胁迫诱导的膜脂过氧化产物和渗透物质的积累,缓解了活性氧自由基的产生。LaCl3的最佳作用浓度为0.05mg/L。当LaCl3浓度达0.10 mg/L时,则与Hg协同作用,加剧了对玉米幼苗的伤害。得出结论,LaCl3对Hg胁迫下玉米幼苗叶片MDA和脯氨酸含量以及保护酶POD和CAT的活性产生了一定的影响。该研究为稀土元素的农业应用等提供参考依据。

摘  要:
The aim of the research was to discuss the ability of La in promoting plant growth and strengthening resistance to heavy metals and their mechanisms.With maize hybrid "Zhengdan 958" as materials,maize seedlings were treated with different concentrations(0.01,0.02,0.05,0.10 mg/L) of LaCl3 for 2 d and then were exposed to the stress treatment with 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution containing 50 mg/L of HgCl2 for 3 d.The membrane-lipid peroxidation products and protective enzyme system of maize seedlings under Hg stress were studied by water culture method.The contents of MDA and praline and the protective enzyme activities of POD and CAT all showed trends of first increasing and then decreasing with the increasing of LaCl3 concentration,indicating that suitable concentration of LaCl3 reduced the intracellular accumulation of membrane-lipid peroxidation products and osmotic substances that were induced by Hg stress and alleviated the production of active oxygen free radicals.The optimum LaCl3 concentration was 0.05 mg/L.When the concentration of LaCl3 reached 0.10 mg/L,it had a cooperative effect with Hg,which aggravated the damage to maize seedlings.LaCl3 had some effects on the contents of MDA and praline and the protective enzyme activities of POD and CAT in the leaves of maize seedlings under Hg stress.The research provided reference basis for agricultural application of rare earth elements.
