薄壁高强度灰铸铁件材质及其孕育剂的研究

摘  要:
本文根据80年代更新换代发动机的机体、缸盖等薄壁高强度灰铸铁件的结构特点和对材质的技术要求,结合我国国情,对稀土钙钡孕育剂及其应用条件和应用方法、铁水的五元素、碳当量、硅碳比、合金元素、氧化、冶金和工艺因素进行系统研究,完善了以“强化孕育为核心、较高碳当量为前提、铁水质量为基础、综合治理为保证”的一整套强化孕育方法,并在多厂家批量生产中应用,取得良好的技术经济效益。

摘  要:
According to the structure characetrs to the gray iron castings -with thin -wall and high strength such as engine block and head replaced engine in 80's and the technical requirements of material, and the state situation of China, this paper study system atically the RE-Ca-Ba inoculant and its application conditions and methods, fire elements in molten iron, carbon equivalent, silicon-carbon ration, alloy elements, oxidation, metallurgical and technical factors. A whole set of method about strengthening inoculation has been perfected, which is to take strengthening inoculation as nucleas, higher carbon equivalent as presupposition, the quality of molten iron as base, comprehensive management as guarantee. Also this method has been applied in batch production in many works. As a result, a good technical economic benefit has teen obtained.
