摘 要:
[目的]探讨Penac-T对于大鼠生长和免疫器官及肝脏羟自由基生成的影响。[方法]以8~9周龄大鼠为研究对象,分别用1500、300和60 mg/kg Penac-T给大鼠灌胃,以3 ml/kg蒸馏水灌胃为对照,处理15 d后剖检大鼠并测定大鼠的胸腺指数、脾指数和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。[结果]试验期间大鼠发育正常,精神状态良好,活动正常,采食及饮水情况良好,无特异性疾病症状。3个试验组大鼠的增重量都比对照组明显提高。胸腺指数中剂量组和低剂量组比对照组升高,脾指数低剂量组比对照组增加。3个剂量的Penac-T对肝组织中MDA的生成都有较大抑制作用。[结论]Penac-T对大鼠的免疫器官有一定的影响。

摘 要:
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the effect of Penac-T on growth,immunity organs and liver hydroxyl radical production of rats.[Method] With 8-9 weeks old rats were randomly divided 1 500,300 and 60 mg/kg Penac-T treatment groups and normal control group i.g.administration of distilled water.The treated rats were autopsied after 15 d treatment and the thymus index,spleen index and the content of liver malondialdehyde(MDA) of rats were detected. [Result] The growth of rats was normal,the mental status was better,their activity was normal,the ingestion and drinking condition were better and there were no specific disease symptoms during experimental period.The weight gain of rats in the 3 experimental groups were all obviously increased than that in the control group.The thymus index in the middle dosage group and low dosage group were increased than that in the control group.The spleen index in the low dosage group were increased than that in the control group.The Penac-T at 3 dosages had larger inhibition effect on the production of MDA in liver.[Conclusion] Penac-T had certain effect on the immunity organs of rats.
