论我国宪法财产权制度的发展与完善——由私有财产权入宪所引发的思考

摘 要：
2004年宪法修正案的通过,使得我国宪法私有财产权保障规范体系得以完善,然而,完善的宪法规范并不必然导致宪政的实现。如何通过改善宪法实施所需的政治、经济、文化、思想等条件,建立宪法解释、违宪审查等制度,使私有财产权宪法保障规范真正发挥作用,是我国宪政建设的当务之急。展望未来,我们的宪政之路还很长。

摘 要：
Constitutional amendment was passed in 2004, which perfected the standardizing system of privately owned proprietary of constitution in our country. But perfect constitution may not led to the realization of constitutional government, how to set up constitution explaining by improving such terms as politics, economy, culture, thought, etc. How to make sure that the privately owned proprietary constitution plays a important role. It is our country top task of constitutional government construction. Looking forward to the future, the way of our constitutional government is still very long.
