综述了二氧化氯的特性及其杀菌机理、二氧化氯在食用菌栽培中应用的研究现状,指出了存在的主要问题,并对二氧化氯在食用菌栽培中的应用前景进行了展望。

摘  要:
The characteristic,sterilization mechanism,the application research status of chlorine dioxide in cultivation of edible fungi were overviewed,main problems of the application were also pointed out.The future application prospect of chlorine dioxide in the cultivation of edible fungi was proposed.
