基于要素投入的安徽省耕地利用转型研究

摘  要：
耕地利用因为经济社会发展阶段呈现出阶段性特征,即耕地利用转型。从要素投入的视角来研究耕地利用转型,从投入要素的组成结构考察投入对耕地利用转型的影响,揭示安徽省耕地利用转型的时序演变特征,理清耕地利用中要素投入的影响因素,提出加强对耕地利用显性形态转型与隐性形态转型的研究,完善耕地利用转型研究的要素测度指标体系,改变耕地利用方式、强化开发、利用和保护相结合的政策体系。

摘  要：
The cultivated land use has different stage charactoristics due to the different development stages of economic and social,which was named transition of cultivated land use. This paper studied the transition of cultivated land the perspective of factors input based on the concept of cultivated land and cultivated land use transition. In addition, this paper revealed the temporal evolution characteristics of cultivated land use transition in Anhui province, clarified the factors that affect the input of cultivated land utilization. This article put forward the transition of cultivated land use explicit farm and the research of the recessive form transition, improved the land use transition research measure index system, changed the way of land use, strengthened the land development, and improved measures that combines land use and protection.
