基本建设前期工作意义重大,决定着项目能否立项.文章以科研单位政府投资项目为研究对象,分析了项目基本特性,研究了项目可行性分析中的核心逻辑,构建了项目可行性研究框架,以期为有关单位项目可行性研究提供参考与借鉴.

摘  要：
Pre-project activities are of great significance, which determines whether the project can be established or not. Taking the government investment in infrastructure projects of scientific research institutions as the research object, the characteristics of the project were analyzed in the paper. The core logical relationships in the feasibility analysis of the project were studied, and the feasibility research framework of the project constructed. This will provide references for the feasibility study of some units.
