分光光度法测定黄花补血草中总黄酮的含量

摘  要：
[目的]建立一种简单、快速的方法,测定黄花补血草中总黄酮含量,以期为黄花补血草质量控制和开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]以槲皮素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在波长370nm处测定黄花补血草总黄酮含量。[结果]槲皮素在2.5～12.5μg/ml浓度范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,总黄酮平均回收率为99.46%,黄花补血草中总黄酮含量为1.63%。[结论]该测定方法稳定、快速、简便,测定结果良好,为黄花补血草质量控制和开发利用提供了科学依据。

摘  要：
[Objective]The aim was to establish a simple and quick method to determine total flavonoids content in Limonium aureum(L.)Hill.to provide scientific evidence for the quality control and development of Limonium aureum(L.)Hill.[Methods]With quercetin as the reference substance,UV Spectrophotometry was used and the detection wavelength was 370 nm.[Results]The linear relationship was good(r=0.999 6)in the range of 2.5-12.5 μg/ml,the average recovery rate of total flavonoids was 99.46 % and the content of total flavonoids in the samples was 1.63 %.[Conclusion]UV Spectrophotometry is a suitable method for detection of total flavonoids content in Limonium aureum(L.)Hill.for its simple and quick characteristics,and it will provide the scientific evidence for the quality control and development of Limonium aureum(L.)Hill.
