肝片吸虫体内γ—氨基丁酸的生物合成与降解

摘  要:
用 HPLC 及~3H-GA 和~3H-GABA 示踪技术,确认了肝片吸虫体内 GABA 及其前体 GA 和降解产物SA.其生物合成与降解的途径与哺乳动物相类似,酶的特性也与哺乳动物相应的酶相似.虫体内的 GABA来源除自身合成外,还能从周围环境中摄取。

摘  要:
The biogenesis and biodegradation of γ-aminobutyric acid in liver flukes were studied by re-verse-phase HPLC by precolumn fluorescence derivalization with OPA-β-ME and radioisotope trace tech-nique.The concentration of GABA in F.hepatica was found to be 153.30±29.70 μg/g wet weight.Incubation of the flukes in ~3H-glutamic acid(GA)resulted in substantial radioactivity recovered in GABAand succinic acid(SA).These results suggested that enzymes which converted GA to GABA,GABA tosuccinic semialdehyde(SSA)to SA occurred in flukes and the pathways of GABA biogenesis andbiodegradation were possibly similar to that in mammals.It is possible that the GABA in flukes are bothendogenous and exogenous,the former may be more important.
