农村居民点用地整理潜力测算方法对比分析

摘  要：
农村居民点用地整理作为土地综合整治的重要组成部分,在有效增加耕地面积和满足建设用地指标需求方面发挥了越来越重要的作用,科学合理地进行农村居民点潜力分析是农村居民点整理工作顺利开展的前提和依据。从整理潜力的可实现角度,将农村居民点用地整理潜力归为理论潜力和现实潜力,介绍了不同整理潜力测算方法的原理,总结了不同整理潜力测算方法的优缺点及适用范围,并提出未来农村居民点整理潜力测算发展的建议,使农村居民点用地整理潜力测算方法更系统更合理,为土地整治规划编制和农村居民点整理工作提供参考。

摘  要：
As an important part of the comprehensive improvement of land,the rural residential area has played an increasingly important role in effectively increasing the cultivated land area and meeting the demand index of the construction land. The scientific and rational analysis of the rural residential potential is the smooth completion of the rural settlements to carry out the premise and basis. The paper collects and collates the research results related to the potential of rural settlements,and classifies the potential of rural residential land consolidation as theoretical potential and realistic potential from the viewpoint of the realization potential of finishing potential was classfied. The principle of different potential measurement methods were introduced. The paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and the scope of application were summarized,and the suggestions on the future development of rural residential settlements were put forward,and made the rural residents' land use potential consolidation method more systematic and more reasonable,which could provide reference for land preparation planning and rural settlement.
