农业文化遗产认定对农村发展的影响及对策研究——以浙江省青田县龙现村为例

摘  要：
随着青田稻鱼共生系统于2005年被FAO认定为全球重要农业文化遗产后,这一世界级的品牌对当地农村社区发展产生了很大影响。本文以青田稻鱼共生系统的核心区龙现村为例,在调查研究的基础上,从经济、社会文化、生态环境等方面分析了农业文化遗产认定所产生的积极影响,以及当前龙现村在农业文化遗产的保护和发展中面临的问题。在此基础上,从不断完善保护和发展规划、加强宣传教育、平衡传统农业保护与产业化发展、适度发展乡村休闲旅游以及加强遗产地政策和资金保障等方面提出发展对策。

摘  要：
With the designation of Qingtian Rice-fish Culture System(RFC) as one of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems(GIAHS) by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations(FAO) in 2005, the impacts of GIAHS on local development have been obviously found. In this paper, based on survey research and taking Longxian village of core area of RFC as an example, the positive effects and problems faced from the views of economic, social and cultural, and ecological and environmental aspects were analyzed. Some countermeasures to further promote the sustainable development, such as to refine the conservation and development master plan, to strengthen the public awareness and education, to balance the protection of traditional agriculture and industrial development, to develop rural leisure tourism moderately,and to strengthen policy and financial guarantee and so forth.
