白术种子萌发率快速测定方法及萌发适宜条件的研究

摘 要:
采用TTC法测定白术(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz)种子的生活力,纸床法测定其发芽率,浸种法测定其吸水率,通过研究不同温度、浸种时间和光照时间对白术种子萌发的影响,探讨其萌发适宜条件。结果表明,白术种子的生活力与发芽率具有显著相关性,其相关系数r为0.970,回归方程为Y=0.856X-10.607。浸种12 h时,白术种子吸水达到饱和。白术种子萌发的适宜条件为浸种12 h、温度20~25℃、全黑暗培养。

摘 要:
The viability of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seeds was measured by TTC method. The germination percentage was determined by paper bed method. The water absorption were detected by seeds soaking method and germination percentage of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seeds were analyzed in different temperature, seeds soaking time and illumination time to find the suitable germination conditions of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seeds. The results showed that the relationship between viability and germination percentage of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seeds was significantly correlated with the correlation coefficient r of 0.970. The regression equation was Y=0.856X-10.607. When socking 12 h, Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seeds absorbed water saturation. The suitable germination conditions of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seeds was soaking with 12 h, temperature 20~25 ℃, light 0 h(dark).
