下关小沱茶功能成分及其降血脂作用

摘  要:
采用高效液相色谱等技术分析了下关小沱茶新茶、下关小沱茶发酵茶的主要功能成分,并以高脂饲料喂养昆明种小白鼠,建立了高血脂症模型,观察下关小沱茶对小白鼠肝脏指数变化及血清指标中血脂成分和动脉硬化指数等方面的影响。结果表明,下关小沱茶新茶中的水浸出物、茶多酚、酯型儿茶素(EGCG、ECG、GCG)与非酯型儿茶素(EGC、DL-C、EC)等功能成分的含量均高于下关小沱茶发酵茶;下关小沱茶发酵茶中没食子酸的含量高于下关小沱茶新茶,并含有少量的洛伐他汀成分。下关小沱茶能显著降低小白鼠的肝脏指数,并能显著降低血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量和动脉硬化指数,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。由于下关小沱茶发酵茶中含有茶多酚、儿茶素及洛伐他汀等功能成分,是一种非常好的降脂保健饮料。

摘  要:
The functional constituents of raw and fermented Xiaguan Xiaotuocha were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography.The hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding Kunming mouse with high fat feed.The effect of Xiaotuocha on the changes of liver index and serum lipid index including lipid constituents and arteriosclerosis index of mouse were observed.The results showed that the content of functional constituents including water extract,tea polyphenol,ester type catechins(EGCG,ECG,GCG) and non-ester type catechins(EGC,DL-C,EC) in raw Xiaotuocha were higher than in fermented Xiaotuocha.The fermented Xiaotuocha had higher gallic acid content than raw Xiaotuocha;and lovastatin could be detected in fermented Xiaotuocha.Xiaguan Xiaotuocha could decrease the liver index and triglyceride(TC),total cholesterol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C),and atherogenic index(LDL-C/HDL-C) in serum significantly,while increase the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterin(HDL-C).Xiaguan Xiaotuocha contained important functional constituents such as tea polyphenol,catechins,lovastatin and so on,thus was worth popularizing extensively as a hypolipidemic and healthy beverage.
