太子参对免疫损伤动物机体免疫保护作用的荟萃分析

摘  要:
本文利用荟萃分析方法循证评价太子参用于免疫损伤动物机体免疫保护作用的有效性,为中药太子参在动物免疫保健方面的药理研究及应用提供更有价值的参考依据。笔者借助计算机检索国内外文献,收集从建库起至2018年9月太子参对免疫损伤小鼠免疫保护作用的临床试验研究。按照标准筛选纳入文献,采用RevMan软件进行荟萃分析。共纳入5篇文献14项试验,样本量335只,其中太子参干预试验组264只,免疫损伤模型对照组71只。Meta分析结果表明:较对照组,试验组可显著恢复小鼠胸腺重量[MD=6.23,95%CI(3.28,9.18),P<0.01],显著恢复小鼠脾脏重量[MD=8.50,95%CI(1.70,15.29),P<0.01],显著提高小鼠免疫细胞的吞噬活性指数[MD=1.55,95%CI(0.89,2.22),P<0.01],上述差异均具有统计学意义。Meta分析结果较稳定,但所纳入文献存在一定的发表偏倚性。太子参显著有利于动物机体免疫功能的恢复,免疫保护作用安全有效,即太子参在开发新型免疫保健类兽药或功能型饲料添加剂方向存在较大潜力。

摘  要:
To provide valuable references of the immune-enhancing activity of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla in animals, the meta-analysis method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla for the immune protection of immuneinjured animals. The randomized clinical trials about immunoprotection effect of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla on the immune injured mice were collected from domestic and foreign literature, which ranging from the day establishing the database to September, 2018. After screened by the established standards, the data wasthen analyzed by RevMan software with the method of meta-analysis. A total of 5 reports, 14 trials, and 335 samples were included, among them, 264 mice treated with Pseudostellaria Heterophylla, 71 mice in control group treated with immune injury. The restore thymus and spleen weight of mouse and in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, [thymus, MD=6.23, 95% CI(3.28, 9.18), P ﹤0.01; spleen, MD=8.50, 95% CI(1.70, 15.29), P ﹤ 0.0], The phagocytic activity index of mouse immune cells in experiment group was significantly increased than that of the control group [MD = 1.55,95 %CI(0.89,2.22), P ﹤ 0.01]. Meta-analysis results were stable,publication bias analysis showed that the included literature had some certain publication bias. Pseudostellaria Heterophylla was safe and effective to improve the immune function of animal organisms, and then may be great potential benefits in the development of animal health medicines or feed additives in the future.
