我国谷物干燥机械设备的研究进展

摘  要：
通过对我国谷物干燥技术的发展历史的追溯,分析了目前国内主流谷物干燥机械设备,阐述了我国谷物干燥机械的主流机型式。同时,介绍了各种谷物干燥机械在研制、开发及应用等方面的发展现状,并探讨了我国谷物干燥机械与方法的研究和发展趋势,如应用远红外技术,应用顺逆流组合干燥工艺,应用微机和自动控制技术,利用太阳能进行干燥和微波干燥技术等。最后,讨论了我国在研制生产高起点、高质量、高技术含量的谷物与食品干燥机械时,还需重点解决的几个问题。

摘  要：
This article first made a study of the development history of Chinese grain dry technology, then analyzed the present mainstream grain dry equipment, elaborated the types of Chinese mainstream grain dry machines, introduced the present development situations of each grain dry machine in development, research and application, and discussed our country’s grain dry equipment’s research method and the trend of development, e.g. the application of far infrared technology, applying combination dry craft, using the microcomputer and the automatic control technology, utilizing the solar energy and the microwave dry technology and so on. Finally, the paper discussed several key questions which need to be solved in producing the high beginning, high quality, the high-tech grain and the food dry machinery in China.
