摘 要：
数字经济时代,将"互联网+"、云计算和人工智能等信息技术手段引入生产的智慧农业成为农业发展新驱动力。珠江-西江经济带作为粤港澳大湾区的重要农产品供应地,充分发展智慧农业有助于优化跨省流域经济带产业结构,保证大湾区农产品供应,助力国内大循环。通过探究智慧农业生产特点和梳理珠江-西江经济带智慧农业发展现状,发现存在人力资本水平较低,智慧生产进入门槛高,科研体系未完善等问题。基于探究问题形成原因,文章从提升人才向心力、加强政策倾斜、降低小农进入门槛和打造经济带农业信息化科研体系等方面提出智慧农业发展对策,以期为推动"十四五"期间珠江-西江经济带农业高质量发展提供参考。

摘 要：
In the era of digital economy, smart agriculture, which introduces information technologies such as the "Internet Plus" model, cloud computing and artificial intelligence into production, has become a new driving force for agricultural development. As an important supplier of agricultural products in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt will contribute to optimize industrial structure of the trans-provincial economic belt by fully developing smart agriculture and guarantee the supply of agricultural products in the Greater Bay Area to promote the domestic economic cycle. By exploring the production characteristics of smart agriculture and the development status of smart agriculture in the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt, it is found that there are problems of low human capital, high entry barriers of smart production and imperfect scientific research system. Based on the causes of these problems, this paper puts forward some strategies on improving join forces of talents, strengthening policy supports, lowing entry barriers for small farmers and building an agricultural informatization scientific research system in the economic belt in order to provide reference for promoting high-quality development of agriculture in the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt during the 14 th Five-Year Plan.
