长江上游油菜主要栽培品种(组合)对2种茎叶处理除草剂的耐药性检测

摘  要:
为探索不同油菜品种对同一复配除草剂的敏感程度,筛选耐药性强的油菜品种以及广适性除草剂,为油菜生产中选择和合理使用除草剂提供科学依据。大田小区试验选择2种除草剂,分别设4个剂量和空白对照对8个油菜品种(组合)进行处理,结果表明除草剂"油通灵"较"油禧"的适用范围相对更广、安全性更高;德油6号、内油11-83/603、南油12、油研599对除草剂"油通灵"的耐药性强;川油58、油研817对除草剂"油禧"的耐药性强;药物胁迫对籽粒产量和药后30 d植株干物质积累量影响最大,其次是单位叶面积干重;对籽粒含油量、芥酸含量、硫苷含量的影响不明显,可不作为耐药性考核指标。在推荐剂量处理下,各品种(组合)籽粒产量耐除草剂系数对"油通灵"的耐药性强弱没有差异,对"油禧"的耐药性强弱依次为川油58﹥油研817﹥内油11-83/041﹥南油12﹥油研10号﹥德油6号﹥内油11-83/603。

摘  要:
To explore if it exists or not that the sensitivity differences of different rapeseed varieties to the same compound herbicide,and screen rapeseed with strong drug tolerance and herbicides with wide adaptability,it would provide scientific basis and guidance for appropriate use of herbicides in rapeseed production. In the field experiment,six winter rapeseed varieties mainly planted in upstream region of the Yangze River,two newly bred hybrid combinations and two kinds of herbicides that set up four concentration and ck respectively were used as materials. The results showed that herbicide‘youtongling'has more extensive adaptability and more safe than herbicide‘youxi'; ‘deyou6',‘neiyou 11-83 /603',‘nanyou 12'and‘youyan 599 'offered strong herbicide resistance to the ‘youtongling',and ‘chuanyou 58 'and‘youyan 817'offered strong herbicide resistance to the‘youxi'. The effects of herbicide stress were the largest on seed weight and plant biomass yield( dry weight) after spraying herbicide 30 d,followed by the dry weight per unit leaf area,and the influences on seed oil content,erucic acid contentand glucosinolate content was not obvious,were not used for indicators assessment of drug tolerance. Under the treatment of recommended concentration,the resistance of all varieties( combinations) to‘youtongling'indifference; to‘youxi'in turn as Chuanyou58 ﹥ Youyan817 ﹥ Neiyou11-83 /041 ﹥ Nanyou12 ﹥ Youyan no. 10 ﹥ Deyou No. 6 ﹥ Neiyou11-83 /603.
