祁白芷生理指标和药效成分的动态变化及其相关性分析

摘  要:
试验研究了祁白芷生理指标和药效成分的动态变化及其相关性。结果表明:在祁白芷生长90~165 d期间,生长旺盛期叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、淀粉、香豆素含量较高。在生长165~190 d期间,生长中心转向地下部,叶片中各指标含量呈下降趋势,根中各指标含量增加迅速,是祁白芷植株中各生理指标和药效指标积累的主要时期。从生理指标和药效指标的相关性来看,根中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白与香豆素含量呈负相关,叶片中淀粉与香豆素含量呈正相关,因此通过一些处理来改善器官中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉的含量可以提高祁白芷主要有效成分的含量。

摘  要:
Studies on dynamics of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and medicinal components are basic to regulate growth suitably.The results showed the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein,starch and coumarine in the leaf was the highest in the growth period of 90~165 d.At the same time,the physiological metabolism in leaf reached the peak.In the growth period of 165~190 d,the growth center changed into underground organic root.The content of soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch and coumarin accumulated grew faster in root than that in leaf.So it was the crucial period for the formation of herb medicine Angelica dahurica.The relation between the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein and the content of coumarine was negative in root,but that between the content of starch and the content of coumarine was positive.So it can improve the content of coumarine by analyzing the content of soluble sugar,starch and soluble protein of different organs.
