响应面法优化超声波辅助提取塑料桶壁材中邻苯二甲酸酯

摘  要:
采用超声波辅助提取邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs),以提取溶剂、提取时间、料液比、提取功率及提取温度进行单因素试验,通过响应曲面法建立了邻苯二甲酸酯提取量与提取时间、料液比及提取功率之间的关系,得到最佳的提取条件为:提取时间31min、料液比1:42(g/mL)、提取功率90W。在此条件下,PAEs提取量为46.21mg/kg,与理论预测值基本吻合。

摘  要:
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of phthalate esters(PAEs) from food-grade plastic packaging material.The extraction efficiency of PAEs was investigated with respect to extraction solvent type,extraction time,material/solvent ratio,ultrasonic power and temperature.A second-order response surface equation was fitted indicating the effect of extraction time,material/solvent ratio and ultrasonic power on the extraction efficiency of PAEs.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as 31 min,1:42(g/mL) and 90 W.Under these conditions,the actual extraction efficiency of PAEs was 46.21 mg/kg,which closely agreed with the prediction value.
