摘  要:
Toll样受体 ( Toll-like receptors,TL Rs)介导着昆虫、植物和哺乳动物的宿主防御反应。目前已经报道了 9种哺乳动物的TL Rs,其功能研究较为明确的是 TL R2和TL R4。它们与配体相互作用 ,以不同的信号转导途径迅速介导细胞因子和炎性介质的表达。

摘  要:
Some host defense responses mediated by Toll-like receptors (TLRs) were found in insects?plants and mammals. The effects of TLR2 and TLR4 are known much more than others among the nine reported TLR family mumbers. After TLRs interacted with their ligands , they immediately mediate the expression of cytokines and inflammatory mediators in different signaling pathway.
