棉株上不同着生部位棉籽发芽特性

摘  要:
为了研究棉株不同部位棉籽发芽特性,对棉株上部棉籽按照果枝着生部位和循环体顺序进行分类,并分别进行发芽试验,采用凯氏定氮法、残余法、蒽酮比色法分别测定不同棉籽中蛋白质、粗脂肪及可溶性糖含量。结果表明,中下部棉籽的发芽势、发芽率、粗脂肪含量及棉籽活力指数分别较上部棉籽高25.17百分点、23.00百分点、6.72百分点和1.81;中下部棉籽的蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量分别较上部棉籽低1.73百分点,1.24μg/m L;内围棉籽的发芽势、发芽率、粗脂肪含量及棉籽活力指数分别较外围棉籽高23.00百分点、22.17百分点、5.52百分点和1.64;内围棉籽的蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量分别较外围棉籽低2.48百分点,2.04μg/m L。研究表明,棉株中下部棉籽发芽能力强于上部;内围棉籽发芽能力强于外围。

摘  要:
To study the germination characteristics of cottonseed of different parts of a cotton, classifying on cottonseed of a cotton according with the birth place and the body of the loop sequence, germination experiment was carried out respectively. Kjeldahl nitrogen method, soxhlet extraction, anthrone colorimetric method were used to measure protein, crude fat and soluble sugar content of different cottonseed. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, crude fat content and seed vigor index of the middle and lower part cottonseed were higher than that in the upper part 25.17 percentage point, 23.00 percentage point, 6.72 percentage point and1.81, respectively. The contents of protein and soluble sugar of the middle and lower part cottonseed were lower than that in the top 1.73 percentage point and 1.24 g/m L, respectively. The germination potential, germination rate, crude fat content and seed vigor index of the internal cottonseed were higher than the external 23.00 percentage point, 22.17 percentage point, 5.52 percentage point and 1.64,respectively. The contents of protein and soluble sugar in the internal cottonseed were lower than that of in the external 2.48 percentage point and 2.04 g/m L, respectively. The germination ability of middle and lower part cottonseed was stronger than that of the upper part.The germination ability of the internal cottonseed was stronger than that of the eaternal.
