摘 要：
以西部甘肃省域崇信县为研究区域,根据生态功能区划的原则、崇信县在甘肃省以及平凉市生态功能区划中的归属和其生态环境实际状况,将崇信县划分为3个主要生态功能区,分别为煤炭资源开发与植被恢复功能区、丘陵河谷农业生产功能区、残塬沟壑农林生产功能区。同时根据各区主要生态功能和社会发展需要,提出生态保护和建设方向,为各生态功能区环境保护和经济发展提供科学依据,同时对西部同质县域的生态功能区划研究具有借鉴意义。

摘 要：
Based on the principle of ecological function regionalization, the ecological environment status of Chongxin county and its role in Gansu province and Ping Liang city. Chongxin country was divided into 3 ecological functional regions including the region of coal resources development and vegetation restoration, the region of hill valley agricultural production,the region of tableland ravines of agriculture and forestry production. According to the need of main ecological function and social development of each region, some advices on ecological protection and construction were proposed. It will provide a scientific reference for environmental protection, economic development and ecological function regionalization.
