猪场污水紫外吸光度作为COD替代参数用于在线监测的实验研究

摘  要:
为选择一种简便、快速、廉价的监测方法代替猪场污水处理中COD的日常监测,通过实验考察了紫外吸光度(UV254)与猪场污水原水COD及MBR处理出水COD的相关性,并验证了NH3-N,NO3--N和NO2--N浓度对水样UV254的影响。结果表明,对于猪场污水原水和MBR处理出水,UV254与COD有良好的相关性;NH3-N,NO3--N和NO2--N浓度对水样UV254影响不显著。UV254代替COD用于猪场污水原水及处理出水的日常监测具有较强的可行性和实用性,对于水质相对稳定的猪场污水,只需简单稀释、比色,即可快速反应水质COD变化情况,实现猪场污水COD的在线监测。

摘  要:
Experiments were conducted to find feasibility of UV254 value as a substitute of COD for quality monitoring of swine wastewater.Results showed that,the UV254 value was in high correlation with the COD value both for influent and effluent of MBR reactor treating swine wastewater,and the NH3-N,NO-3-N and NO-2-N concentration had little influence on the UV254 value respectively.Using UV254 as a substitution of COD determination for real-time wastewater monitoring could be low cost and realistic.
