摘 要：
This paper analyzes the potential of various industries of hilly land agriculture and their high efficient and sustainable utilization, starting off from the characteristics of big population, less land resources, limited arable land, too many mountains, well situated geographic location, superior climate condition, high value for resources development and utilization in Zhanhzhou City; and puts forward 7 suitable project plans and 5 types of system for development and operation.
