肇源县淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况的调查及分析

摘  要:
为了解肇源县常见淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染情况,试验采用直接压片法和消化法对肇源县12种常见淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况进行了调查。结果表明:在调查的510尾淡水鱼中,检出阳性鱼186条,感染率为36.47%,其中麦穗鱼、柳根鱼和船丁鱼的感染率分别为92.45%(98/106)、78.95%(15/19)和52.00%(13/25),未在鲈塘鳢、黄颡鱼和泥鳅体内检出华支睾吸虫囊蚴;麦穗鱼的感染强度最高,达到88个/g。说明肇源县淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染率高、感染强度大,在该地区生食或吃未煮熟的淡水鱼感染华支睾吸虫的风险较高。

摘  要:
To understand the infection of Clonorchis sinensis( C. sinensis) metacercariae in common freshwater fishes from Zhaoyuan County of Heilongjiang Province,the direct compression and artificial digestion technique were used to investigate the infections of C. sinensis metacercaria in 12 kinds of common freshwater fishes from Zhaoyuan County. The results showed that 186( 36. 47%) fishes were detected positive,which were infected with C. sinensis metacercariae among 510 examined freshwater fishes,thereinto,the infection rates of C. sinensis metacercariae in Pseudorasbora parva,Phoxinus lagowskii dybowski,and Longnose gudgeon were 92. 45%( 98 /106),78. 95%( 15 /19) and 52. 00%( 13 /25),respectively. The C. sinensis metacercariae were not found in Perccottus glehni,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.The infection intensity of Pseudorasbora parva was so high that it could reach 88 per gram. The results indicate that there are a high infection rate and high infection intensity of C. sinensis metacercariae in freshwater fishes from Zhaoyuan County. Thus,eating raw or undercooked freshwater fishes in the region had a higher risk of being infected with C. sinensis.
