延津县新型农业经营主体发展思考

摘  要：
培育和发展新型农业经营主体是深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,加快培育农业农村发展新动能,发展现代农业的关键。文章简述了延津县近年来培育新型农业经营主体的主要做法,从创新发展角度,指出了目前其新型农业经营主体在人才队伍、资金投入、土地流转、科技支撑与引领等方面存在的问题,并从加强人才教育培训、创新农村金融服务、完善土地流转机制、强化科研技术支撑等方面提出了促进新型农业经营主体发展的建议。

摘  要：
The cultivation and development of new agricultural business entities is the key to push forward the agricultural supply-side structural reform, accelerate the development of new drivers of agricultural and rural development, and develop the modern agriculture. From the point of view of innovation and development, main methods of cultivating new type of agricultural management main body in Yanjin County in recent years were briefly introduced in the paper. The shortcomings in personnel, capital investment, land circulation, technology support and lead in new agricultural management main body were pointed out. In view of the existing problems, some countermeasures to promote the development of new agricultural business entity were put forward, i.e., strengthening talent cultivation, innovating rural financial service,perfecting land circulation mechanism, and strengthening science and technology support.
