两种淡水珍珠蚌在粤西的引种与养殖

摘  要：
2006年末至2007年初,先后从江西与湖南等地引进不同规格的池蝶蚌与三角帆蚌到粤西地区。在湛江及阳江等地进行了养殖试验,实验结果表明,2龄池蝶蚌与4龄三角帆蚌具有更强的适应性,成活率分别达到了97.47%与91.87%,而06年的1龄池蝶蚌死亡率高达81%,说明了刚引进的小蚌对持续高温适应性较低;3龄池蝶蚌与2龄三角帆蚌的成活率也相对较低;各种规格的蚌都比实验初有显著的增长。分析认为:7-9月的高温只是降低这两种蚌的生长速度,但它们还是会保持一定的生长率,阳江东湖水库较低的pH可能降低蚌的适应能力,这可能是在高温时候蚌死亡率较高的原因。

摘  要：
From the late 2006 to early 2007,we introduced different specifications of Hyriopsis schlegeli and H.Cumingii to western Guangdong.The results of the culture experiments in the Zhanjing and Yangjiang District indicated that 2-year-old Hyriopsis schlegeli and 4-year-old H.Cumingii have a stronger adaptability than others,the survival rate reached 97.47% and 91.87%,but 1-year-old Hyriopsis schlegeli mortality rate reached as high as 81%,young mussels should not be suited to the sustained high temperature.The survival rate of 3-year-old Hyriopsis schlegeli and 2-year-old H.Cumingii is relatively low;All specification mussels grow remarkably comparing to the beginning of the experiment,the temperatures from July to September can reduces these mussels' growth rate,but the two mussels can also maintain certain growth rate,the lower pH of Eastlake Reservoir in Yangjiang District might reduce mussels' adaptability,it may be the real reason of higher mortality rate of these two mussels when the temperature is high.
