摘 要:
分析了齿轮连杆组合机构的工作原理。采用遗传算法对机构进行合理优化,设计出具有停歇精度高,满足曲柄存在条件和传动角γm in≤[γ]传力性能的组合机构,解决了传统组合机构设计中参数难以确定的问题。

Analyzing the operating principle about the gear-connecting rod mechanism,and using the genetic algorithm,this paper designed and optimized the combinatorial mechanism,which can achieve the load transmitting capability γmin≤[γ] and has high cease precision and.The novel method can easily select the multi-parameters,which is always a difficult problem in the combinatorial mechanism design.
