山西省玉米茎基腐病抗性鉴定及动态分析

摘  要:
为了解山西省玉米品种的茎基腐病抗性,采用根埋法对2011—2018年的1 480份山西省区试玉米品种进行了茎基腐病人工接种抗性鉴定。结果表明,在抗性结构方面,1 480份玉米材料中,抗茎基腐病材料有1 038份,占全部材料的70.1%;早熟材料中抗病材料的占比最大,为81.1%,其次为中晚熟和复播材料,特早熟材料中抗病材料的占比最少,为58.5%。在抗性动态方面,特早熟和复播材料中不同年份高感材料的变化幅度最大,但整体都呈下降趋势;早熟和中晚熟材料中高抗材料的变化幅度最大,整体也都呈下降趋势;而在早熟和中晚熟材料中感、高感、抗这3个级别的变化幅度都比较平缓,整体呈上升趋势。今后应加强特早熟玉米品种的选育,稳定早熟玉米的抗性,从而降低茎基腐病对玉米产量的影响。

摘  要:
To understand the resistance of stalk-based rot of maize varieties in Shanxi province, the root embedding method was used to evaluate the resistance of stalk-based rot of 1 480 Shanxi regional trial varieties from 2011 to 2018. The results showed that in the aspect of resistance structure, 1 038 of 1 480 maize materials were resistant to stem-based rot, accounting for 70.1% of all materials. And the proportion of resistant materials in the early maturing materials was the largest, accounted for 81.1%, followed by mid-late and replanting materials, the proportion of resistant materials in the extra-early maturing materials was the least, accounted for 58.5%. In terms of resistance dynamics, the change range of high sensitive materials in different years was the biggest, but the whole trend decreased. In the early and middle late maturity materials, the change range of high resistance materials was the largest, and the overall trend was downward.In the early and middle late maturity materials, the change range of the three levels of sense, high sense and resistance were relatively gentle, and the overall trend was upward. Therefore, we should strengthen the selection and breeding of extra-early maturing materials,stabilize the resistance of early maturing materials, so as to reduce the effect of stalk-based rot to maize yield.
