条锈菌浸染后小麦体细胞无性系几种酶活性的变化

摘  要:
为了研究小麦体细胞无性系抗条锈病的生化机制,测定了接种条中32号条锈菌后小麦体细胞无性系4-8叶片中的3种酶活性。结果表明,接种条锈菌后,4-8组织中的PAL、PPO、POD活性升高幅度大,持续时间长,供体亲本永良4号的这三种酶活性也升高,但变化平缓,酶活性高峰值低。说明组织培养产生了酶活性变异,这种变异有利于抗病物质的合成和积累,是体细胞无性系4-8抗条锈病的生化基础。

摘  要:
4-8,a new spring wheat somaclone line derived from immature embryos of spring wheat variety Yongliang 4,displayed resistance to strip rust(Puccinia striiformis West) identified by inoculating mixed races with different virulence of strip rust at adult stage and inoculating at seedling stage.The results indicated that the variant line was immune to strip rust physiological race Tiaozhong 31,Tiaozhong 32,Shui 4,Shui 5,Shui 7 and Shui 14 at adult stage.The analysis of activity of the enzyme PAL,PPO,POD indicated that,in 4-8 line,the activity of the three enzymes were enhanced highly and maintained for longer time;in Yongliang 4,they were the same trends,but the increase of the enzymatic activity were placid and lightly.All of the above results showed that tissue culture improved the three enzyme activity and these variants were helpful for the synthesizing and accumulation of substance resistant to yellow rust,that was the reason why the new line,4-8 had the character of resistance to stripe rust,confirming the possibility of wheat improvement in resistance to stripe rust through somaclonal variation.
